Jennifer Kole - Frame stylist

Good Day, my name is Jennifer and I have been with Eyetique since the summer of 2007. I have been with other optical endeavours so working with Eyetique is not my first but it is the optical job in which I want to stay. The reasons are simple and blatantly obvious - I enjoy working for a company that has the most innovative eyewear and hosts the most interesting employees in the region. With those characteristics Eyetique’s customer base spans both radically eclectic and comfortably conservative populace. Ergo, allowing me to create a variety of looks for our customers to choose from. I also guarantee when they walk out with their new glasses they will look better and feel more comfortable in our frames then they ever have before.

I am an employee that is scheduled to work at any and all the stores I am then dubbed a Floater. I work in all the stores which I love doing because I get to meet so many different people and learn about the city I call my home. I have been in Pittsburgh for the last 9 years from Ohio. I just recently bought a car, before that I was enjoying biking and taking public transportation around the city. So needless to say working for Eyetique has been my first experience with the suburbs’ not a Shadyside fixture anymore!

When not working for eyetique I spend most of my time with my son, my 3 pet rats. Who are as personable as dogs are. And taking care of my wellbeing practicing yoga and meditation. You can also find me hanging out at my 2nd home in Shadyside the coffe shop known as Jitters still much too often :)

So I’d love to say I’ll see you in a particular location but if you’re up to it I’d like to see you at any of our five locations throughout the city.
