The staff is always helpful and in a great mood. I never have to wait long to be seen. My doctor is friendly and amazing. I love the service that I received I will keep coming back.

I’ve been a patient for several years and it’s always a great experience, the exams are informative and thorough, the process of selecting, fitting, and delivering new glasses is always smooth and painless. From the technicians and Dr Burke, to the showroom The practice has been consistently staffed by people whose advice and opinions have been well taken over the years.

I showed up yesterday at 10am an eye crisis and they were able to quickly fit me and figure out my problem, a contact lens folded up inside my eyelid since the night before. I am incredibly grateful. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Just purchased Maui Jim sunglasses from Eyetique. I offered to drive from Columbus to pick up but Michelle insisted on sending them to me free of charge UPS. The level of service and attentiveness at Eyetique - ETON is nothing less than STELLAR. Customer for life or at least until Michelle retires. Brien

The doctor and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and made my visit a great experience. I live in FL but when I come up to our house in Sewickley I use Eyetique as my go to eye doctor.

A+ in my book. Dr. Jenkins is great and so is her staff. I've been going to Dr. Jenkins for several years now and she always makes me feel comfortable. Her staff is always pleasant and always willing to answer any questions and pick out the best frame that compliments you.

Excellent service. Top notch modern, spacious and airy rooms. I went in with my partner and newborn and they were very welcoming. They even asked if it was okay if they briefly turned the bright lights on in exam room. Despite our insurance coverage (Medicaid), they helped us find a pair of frames that fit our budget. While the selection was curated, the quality and care the business put into the options was clear. Highly recommend and will definitely come again.

I've come to this location for a couple of years. Dr. Crawford and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Things have only gotten better since they moved locations to Forbes Ave. I highly recommend Eyetique for your routine eye exams and for contacts and glasses.

Great job working with my insurance coverage and a selection of very nice less expensive frames. I discount shop at Eyetique Shadyside. The optometrist with extremely good and with a really friendly customer team.

The location is on the corner of a busy shadyside neighborhood where parking is extremely hard to come by (my only gripe) The office was clean and bright and everyone working greeted me with a smile. The machines were clean and the person who did my intake was friendly and quick. Dr. Jenan Sallit, OD was knowledgeable and took extra care of me due to a medical diagnosis I have. Very kind and personable also and took the time to explain the "why" of the process / results - which I find comforting. Thanks everyone who I met in office!! 🫶🏻❤️

The staff is amazing! This was my first experience and by far the best! They even helped me pick out my first pair of prescription glasses that everyone loves! I am so thankful my sister recommended me to get my exam and glasses from there!

I could NOT be happier with my experience. The team ensured they had all of my insurance details before the appointment, following up multiple times when they had difficulty. Upon arrival, they had everything sorted, check in was easy and the optical team serviced my current frames while I waited for my exam. The exam itself was thorough, the dr explained everything clearly, asked about my needs and lifestyle and helped me determine what kind of lens would work best for me. Upon exiting the exam, the optical team was waiting with a selection of frames hand picked for me to look at based on our earlier conversation, measurements they took prior to the exam and the frames I had currently. They helped me select the perfect pair that worked best with my insurance. It was pricier than I was hoping, but they took what can be an overwhelming experience and made it a pleasure. Best part- they have Saturday appointments so I didn't have to miss work!

Luke and his staff are amazing! I got two pair of glasses for what other places were charging for one. They answered all of my questions and were so patient with me! Let's get them to 5 stars!!

I truly can’t say enough good things about this office and the amazing people who work here. Since moving back to Pittsburgh, I needed to find a new eye doctor, and with my difficult prescription, getting my glasses right hasn’t always been easy. The optometrist got it perfect the first time and has always been so kind, patient, thorough, and understanding. She takes the time to actually get to know me and my family, which makes every visit feel personal. The entire staff is just as incredible. While I could name specific people who have made such a difference over the years, I honestly don’t even need to — because every single person in this office deserves recognition. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted, acknowledged, helped, and taken care of from every angle. Every staff member pays attention, walks me through the process, and makes me feel like I genuinely matter. Anyone who knows me knows picking glasses is never a quick decision — I can have dozens of frames laid out trying to find “the one.” They are always patient, honest, and helpful, narrowing everything down to the perfect pairs that fit my face, my style, and my everyday life. They work with me to capitalize on my insurance benefits while also using the BOGO 1/2% each year! Over the years, I've built a nice collection with variety to compliment my wardrobe / differential facets of my lifestyle. Over the years, they’ve been there for so many little moments — the tears when my puppy chewed my glasses, the frustration of trying to find frames when I was pregnant and my face felt different, and the happy moments of finding a pair that finally felt like me. They’ve seen me through different seasons of life and have always shown kindness, patience, and compassion. There is honestly no better feeling than getting that call that my glasses are ready, coming in, putting them on, and loving my frames while my lenses are perfect the first time. They always make sure everything feels right and that I walk out confident and taken care of. Even if I moved farther away, I would still come back because finding a team that cares this much is rare. They know me, they know what works for me, and they go above and beyond every single time. I truly cannot thank them enough. They are simply amazing and deserve all the recognition for the incredible work they do.
