Eyetique - Sewickley

The doctor and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and made my visit a great experience. I live in FL but when I come up to our house in Sewickley I use Eyetique as my go to eye doctor.

A+ in my book. Dr. Jenkins is great and so is her staff. I've been going to Dr. Jenkins for several years now and she always makes me feel comfortable. Her staff is always pleasant and always willing to answer any questions and pick out the best frame that compliments you.

Natalia is such an outstanding employee there. She really goes above and beyond to help her customers. She checked into our insurance to see if our son's contacts were covered and they were. I was always given the answer that they weren't but this was the first time someone made the effort to check and I didn't even have to ask her. She's a real asset to the practice, rare to fine employees like this anymore.

The Staff is very friendly and Professional. I Love the New glasses I purchased this year. They were also able to switch out Frames within 5 mins for a pair of my older glasses for free..

Wow such an amazing and caring staff. I genuinely felt they wanted the best outcomes for me and cared. I highly recommend this place if your shopping for a new optometrist

I have never been dissapointed at Eyetique. All my glasses were purchased there once I needed bifocal glasses. I have at least four pairs and am looking forward to shopping for prescription sunglasses next. I had to buy clear lenses due to being photographed at my daughter's wedding.

Wonderful experience at Eyetique Stow location from start to finish! Everyone as welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Dr. Meredith’s exam was thorough and she explained everything clearly. Great selection of frames! My glasses are ready quickly and fit perfect!

I called for an appointment for a medical issue with my eyes. I was fully expecting to not be scheduled for weeks. They were able to get me in same day, which was so appreciated. The staff and Dr. were very friendly, professional and helpful. Office is very nice and very clean.

If I could give this place a higher rating, I surely would! From the moment you walk in, to the exam, to picking out glasses, to walking out the door, this place is DEFINITELY the place to go! The staff are not only knowledgeable and intelligent, they are also very welcoming and friendly. If you have any questions or concerns, they make you feel comfortable enough to speak with them and they give you clear answers. I have had vision issues my whole life, and I have lived in many different states with many different eye doctors. But this place is better than ANY other place I’ve been to. I was able to get two pairs of glasses with all the bells and whistles for an extremely fair price. You get what you pay for, and these glasses are absolutely flawless. One thing extremely special about this place is the fact that even though I have social anxiety, I felt comfortable here. The staff here offers an environment that makes people of all ages and backgrounds feel safe. I have recommended this place to family and friends, which they have all said the same thing. This place is absolutely amazing and I would recommend anyone to come here!

I had a great experience at this eye doctor’s office. The entire staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. One of the ladies went above and beyond by helping me pick out my glasses — she gave me several options, honest opinions, and really made sure I found a pair that fit my style. Wonderful experience -- Dr. Cater performed a very thorough but efficient exam, making sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. Jess was very patient as I tried on various frames, and made sure to find a style I was comfortable with. Pricing was very transparent and fair, and the entire facility was clean and modern. I fully recommend Dr. Cater and the entire team at Eyetique.

Dr. Duncan is a wonderful OD. He performed a thorough exam and explained everything. Denise has been my great optician for years. She can quickly assess what shape/style/color frame works with my face shape and hair color. And her recommendations are always spot on. She is wonderful.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Got me in the next day, the doctor was beyond great but holy cow the receptionist Jessica (I hope I’m remembering that correctly — worked until closing on 9/12) was amazing!! Definitely coming back in the future just for her. She stayed after closing to help me find the perfect frame, didn’t judge me for how many pair I needed to try on, and made sure I understood the cost breakdown and all that good stuff before leaving. Very happy & can’t wait to rock my new pair of glasses.

The real difference in Eyetique is in their service: (a) I didn't realize that if their glasses don't work for you within the first 30 days ... Eyetique replaces them at no charge. (b) The Eyetique eye exams are more accurate and more thorough than others = better seeing experience. And (c) I always allow the sales associate to pick my eyeglass solution for me - after all - they are the 'doctors' in this situation. Eyetique - I find your service amazingly undervalued ... congrats ... you are the greatest!!!

I love the remodel as well as the staff. They are really friendly with great customer service. I’m also able to take my younger children there as well which is a great plus. They always make us feel welcome 🤗

Really great store! I did my eye glass exam here months ago and recently did my contact exam. Dr. Bell has always been very professional. Doug and the lady at the front desk are really patient and helpful with my needs as this is me trying again on contacts while contacts did not really totally worked for me before.

Did my eye exam using UPMC insurance and got a pair of transition glasses couple of months ago — been working perfectly! Dr and assistants are all professional :) and they don’t cancel on you like other clinics.

The best customer service. It’s Eyetique, locally known for their prices. I have no complaints with this location. I come back once a year, plus occasionally to buy cleaning supplies.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm very eye-phobic and don't like having anything near my eyes, but the optometrist was patient and accommodating. This was my first serious visit to an eye doctor, so I'm very grateful that they made it easy and hassle-free.

I went to eyetique for a standard eye exam. The online scheduling was very easy and convenient. The staff and Dr. Bell were very kind and efficient. I opted to purchase glasses online and they didn’t pressure me at all to buy from eyetique, which I really appreciated.

The folks at Eyetique Oakland are very helpful with helping one select the frames best suited to achieve the look one desires. My eyeglasses were ready in 2 weeks without any need for adjustment upon receipt. I recommend Eyetique - Oakland without reservation!

Had some unique sunglasses, nose pads disappeared in travel, the team took the time to replace them, did a great job, I went to another place and they couldn't help me. This place did though! Great job to the team onsite @ 1pm 6/5. Great to be greeted with smiles as well!

Staff are polite and understanding of my medical needs and they have never failed to get me exactly what I needed during the past several years I have been a customer. I will never go anywhere else because these guys are great. To increase the value of your services it would have been nice if you sent a message to your customers to let them know you were changing store locations.

Had a lovely time getting my eye exam and picking my new glasses! The doctor gave me great advice for my dry eyes; it is the first time something has actually worked for me. I also received incredible assistance from Valerie, who helped me pick the perfect new frames (a process I usually hate, but enjoyed this time!) Also, such great range of unique frames to choose from. I came here on a recommendation from a friend, and I am so glad I did! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking.

Friendly staff and easy appointment. They do a digital scan of your eye and go over the results with you and will answer any questions. They have a good range of glasses options.

It was very easy to get an appointment scheduled and I like that I didn’t have to wait for months. The atmosphere was great inside and everything looks very bright and modern. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. The appointment was quick and simple…no long waits. The glasses selection was huge and there’s something for every price point, which was nice. Once I picked my glasses up, the prescription was perfect and the lady working there was happy to get the frame adjusted to my face. Highly recommend. I’ll be back year. 🤗

Jenan Sallit OD is incredibly knowledgeable and did an incredible job with fixing my contact prescription. If you can believe it I've had 2 terrible contacts prescriptions at other places (but to be fair I seem to have a tricky astigmatism and myopia). She took the time to make sure the prescription was perfect and recommended a comfier contact lens than the one I had previously. Highly recommend seeing her!

I have been coming to this location maybe since I was 14 and no matter who’s here they’re always wonderful and welcoming. Even one of the most recent times I came with my one year-old daughter, and they were so welcoming and accommodating. And Dr.Sallit is amazing. I’m going to miss this place when I move 10 out of 10 service every time.

I’ve lived in many states across the United States and have been to many eye doctors and offices, this is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had, the doctor is very personable and the so is the staff, I would 10 out of 10 recommend this office to anyone.

I had the greatest experience at the Wexford location. Nigel, Amanda and Jake worked with me so much to get the exact pair of glasses I needed and wanted. They were very understanding and patient. Because of their awesome customer service, I will keep coming back! They said they want customers to be happy with their purchase and I definitely am!

I highly recommend this place!!! The staff was so nice patient & very helpful. I was havin lots of problems finding an eye care place that takes my insurance 2 order contact lenses. After talking with them on the phone I went there 2 give them my prescription & insurance info. To my surprise they already had all of my info & had started making my account. My first experience with Eyetique in Wexford. I was greeted the moment I walked in by Jake. He was the lead optician that waited on me. He is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. What a great experience. I was there to get new bifocal glasses. A wide variety of styles and colors in frames. I chose progressive lenses and I’m so glad I did. I am getting so many compliments on my new frames as well. Highly recommend EYETIQUE!

Love the new office. The equipment is clearly updated and I liked it even better. Tech was great, doctor listened closely to my issues including dry eye which she had a full set of recommendations that she shared. Overall it was great.

The whole staff is very welcoming even on the telephone when I made the call I felt like a VIP I felt more like a VIP when I showed up everybody was treated the same no matter their background I'm thinking to myself why haven't I come here sooner tonight at 10 out of 10 we'll recommend

My contacts were unfortunately lost during shipping, but Taylor and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me. I received my contracts two days after the team discovered the loss! They showed professionalism and resolved the issue immediately . I’ll definitely return!

Today was my first time here and I will definitely be returning! Dr. Short was so kind & personable and took the time to explain what he was doing/why — he was truly the nicest optometrist I’ve ever encountered in my 20+ years’ worth of eye doctor appointments. My appointment began right on time and everybody I encountered was friendly and helpful. The storefront itself was also very clean. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new eye doctor.

I wanted to share a brief experience I had today (8/24/25) at this location. I was on an errand and wearing a pair of glasses that have always had a wonky left leg. This is AFTER the other eyeglass shop in South Hills Village fit them to me like this AND I’d taken them in a couple months after that and asked them to fix them and while they claimed to have fixed them (mind you, I bought them there), they didn’t fix anything. Then I found my savior in one Amy Bozic at Eyetique. I walked in, asked her if she thought she might be able to fix them and without breaking a sweat, she fixed them in 3 minutes flat. It was magical to place them on my face again. I will absolutely be entrusting my sight to these incredibly kind and competent professionals. Thank you again, Amy! Ryan

Eyetique at South Hills Village is great! Melina made the process of scheduling and fitting me with the proper glasses and lenses a breeze! Her professional and polite service spoke volumes. Melina was also very patient with my questions ! I refer anyone shopping for glasses or contacts to go see her !

Staff members are knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and courteous. Presentation when receiving new eyewear, with a rectangular, velveteen tray, is an elegant touch. They have higher end and better brands galore, so you won't see your style coming and going. Combine that with great service and high quality products done right - what more could you ask for? Highly recommended!

I had changed insurance and a friend of mine, Johnny, who works for Eyetique in Eton, Ohio recommended them. So far, very satisfied. Dr. Short was excellent, thorough and communicative. Melina didn't pressure me and allowed me to choose what I wanted. Natalie did a great job adjusting them when I picked them up. Hopefully, I will continue with Eyetique in the future.
